Webroot Software, Inc., a leading Internet security provider for the consumer, enterprise and SMB markets, today announced two key appointments to its executive management team. Don Beck takes the helm as General Manager and Senior Vice President of Enterprise SaaS and Mark Tickle has been chosen as Managing Director for SaaS in EMEA.

"The extensive industry experience and expertise that Don and Mark bring will further drive this growth by building our presence in the U.S. and U.K., and continuing our expansion in EMEA."
Responsible for Webroot’s global SaaS operations and strategy, Beck brings over 29 years of enterprise sales and management expertise. Most recently, he directed sales for N-Computing, a pioneer in virtual desktop computing. Previously he managed Postini's worldwide sales expansion, establishing the company as one of the largest SaaS-based security vendors before its sale to Google. Beck’s background includes 18 years with IBM, as well as senior management positions at J.D. Edwards, Brio and Adobe.

As Managing Director of Enterprise SaaS in EMEA, Tickle is charged with building Webroot’s strong presence and market share and is responsible for sales operations and channel strategy. Formerly, Tickle held the position of Sales Director at Websense and senior sales and management positions at BlackSpider, SurfControl and Vignette.
Beck holds a master’s degree in finance from Miami University and a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing from Michigan State University. Tickle has an MBA from Hull University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
